Guidelines for Replacing Suction Blades
Incorrect installation of an adsorption vane can lead to air leaks, counting inaccuracies, and collisions with positioning pins. Ensure flawless installation to maintain impeccable performance.
1. Steps to Remove the Adsorption Vane
Utilize the provided screwdriver to gently unscrew the hexagonal notched screw securing the adsorption vane, allowing its removal with ease.
Grip the adsorption vane securely, then softly pull outwards to disengage it effortlessly from its position.
Procedure for Installing the Adsorption Vane
Align the vane's pinhole with the corresponding pin on the counting head. Securely tighten the hexagonal notch screws using the supplied screwdriver for a perfect fit.
