M60-A4 Versatile Glue Binding Machine for Efficient Bookbinding
1. Control system: intelligent control system, book back squareness, clamp pressure, clamping time, etc. are all automatically adjusted by CNC intelligent control. Dual mode can wrap the book left and right, 7-inch touch screen operation fault display, automatic detection.
2. Milling cutter: 24-tooth sun cutter + small milling cutter milling back, the trolley runs parallel to the platform, never deformed, strong slotting, uniform gluing.
3. Binding mode: Automatically detect the thickness of the bound book computer selection mode, the machine intelligently adjusts, and automatically matches the binding speed.
4. Vertical lifting platform design: The clamping and cover platform rise are independently controlled by the clamping motor and the rising stepping motor to solve technical problems such as insufficient clamping force and easy gear jam.
5. Single/double operation mode: Optional single or two-person cooperation mode to improve binding efficiency.
6. Taiwan linear double guide design: The trolley drives back and forth with synchronous belt without noise, controlled by frequency conversion system, and precise parking and binding.
7. Glue tank: The aluminum alloy glue tank with larger capacity has sufficient glue for thick books, so there is no need to add glue frequently. The side glue and back glue tanks are separated, and the temperature can be controlled separately. The glue is not easy to age after long-term heating. Three glue wheels + side glue, double glue wheels for gluing, scraper wheels for glue collection, with built-in side glue function, evenly apply about 6 mm of side glue on the side of the book, making the book more concise and beautiful after gluing.
